Quilt Quest | AM

Quilting is the process of sewing two or more layers of fabric together to make a thicker padded material, usually to create a quilt or quilted garment or accessory..  The Quilt Top can be created from bespoke patchwork patterns or different forms of applique, and embroidery can be added as embellishment

Quilting is a way of sewing together various small pieces of fabric to make one larger sheet of fabric you can turn into a blanket, a pillow or something else. Throughout history people have used quilting to represent themselves, their communities, ideas, values, emotions, and memories. There are many forms of quilting. It can be a very exact science or it can be more free form and loose but it’s always fun! Join us on our quest to discover the world of quilting and all the cool things you can make with various quilting techniques.
